Returns and Refunds Policy
Sofrich believes in helping its customers as much as possible and hence, we have a generous return and refund policy in place. The company has introduced a very flexible system to serve our customers effectively and efficiently. If you purchase any product from our company and there is any problem in your product for example – product is damaged or you have received the wrong item, in such scenario we will assist you and aim to resolve your concern at the earliest. Please contact us back immediately and discuss with our helpful customer service staff to raise the issue.
The policy of subscription cancellation
It is worth mentioning that all the subscriptions offered of the company can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please write to us via online form available under contact us section on the website, alternatively you can whatsapp us at our customer support number (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) to request the cancellation.
We will process your request within 12-24 hours and you will not be charged. If just in case, any amount is charged by the company for the upcoming subscription during the window after you have made a cancellation request or before the subscription is cancelled, then no need to worry at all, please let us know and we will initiate the 100% refund at the earliest. Please note the refund can take up to 7 – 10 business days to appear in your bank account depending on who you bank with.
Order cancellation after shipping
If you request the cancellation of the product purchased after it has been shipped, then we will deduct Rs 100 and refund the remaining amount as per the company refund policy.
Refund and Replacement policies of the company (Unconditionally Money Back Guarantee when you will return you product)
For new subscribers: if you have been using the product for 15 days and you are unsatisfied with the results, then feel free to contact us, you can either send an email or call us on our customer support contact number. We will make sure that you will get your 100% money back. In all such cases, we will refund the money. No refund will be raised by the company before 15 days from the date you made the order.
In order for us to process the refund upon cancellation, please note all the product’s (used or unused) must be returned to us at our registered address and once after it is received and has been quality assessed by our team that we will initiate a refund request of the customer.
If you have purchased the product online, then the amount will be refund to the initial mode of payment and can take up to 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned items.
If you have selected cash on delivery, then the refundable amount will be raised by the company to your bank account that you have provided along with the refund request.
Your continuing subscription will also be cancelled by the company when the refund request is made by you. Please note you have an option to make a replacement request in which you can get the same new product after a few days by getting your product replaced.
What will we do together in such cases
Step 1 : Please make a return and replacement request immediately or as soon as possible but no later than 10 days from the date of delivery, in case if you have received the incorrect, damaged or expired products.
Simply, raise your desired request on our website with the order details (order id#, date of purchase etc), alternatively you may also contact our customer support executives via whatsapp.
Step 2 : Please give us 2 working days to review your return and replacement request. Please wait patiently during this timeframe and we will surely contact you back.
Step 3 : When we complete the review of your return and replacement request, our courier partner will arrive to pick up the products delivered to you.
Step 4 : In case we are unable to pick up the delivered products from your location, you will have to send the product via any reliable courier service that you want to replace, we will make sure to compensate the charges of courier, either in your app wallet ( that is used by you for making payment) or in your bank account.
Step 5 : We will verify the product against the claim and raise the replacement and refund request accordingly after receiving the product. Pay attention to replacement requests will depend upon the stock availability of the product.
Under what conditions you can make replacement and return request

⦁ You have received the damaged product (physically damaged and tempered product of packaging)

How return request is processed
Once you make the return request, a pick up is organized by the company for the item. Our courier partner will come to your doorstep to pick the item within 5-7 days after the return request has been made by you. The courier partner will bring the receiving product to the warehouse where our quality control team will check it and once the product will pass the quality control, your refund will be initiated either in your wallet or in your bank account.
When should you cancel the order?
If you want to cancel the purchased product for any reason, we recommend you to cancel it immediately or before it is shipped otherwise Rs 100 will be deducted if the product has been shipped.
How will you get the refund of our cancelled and returned products?
Company will raise your money to your wallet, debit card, credit card or where the payment is made within 10-15 days working days in case of prepaid orders. In case of Cash on delivery mode you have to provide the bank details to the company in which the company can send the refundable amount of the products.
How long does it take to get the amount of refund for Returned/Cancelled product?
The process of refund is initiated by the company within 5-7 days in case of cancellation of the products. The company will refund the amount after the product has been obtained from the company’s warehouse and after a quality check process has been applied on the product in case of return.
The entire process can take the time of 2 weeks after the product has been picked up.
