It should be made sure that we do not overdo it because it will overly strip our scalp and cuticles of moisture and just add to the dryness and dandruff and damage. The shampoos and conditioners you use should also be customized accordingly depending on your needs and natural binding of hair. Curly hair in that respect often needs special care.

  1. Do not wrap your wet hair in a towel for a long time. The reason being wet hair needs to dry off and the scalp needs to breathe for effective growth.

  1. Another very popular method people use nowadays is the use of special serums to deal with frizz and dryness. Treatments like these are not used on the scalp and used mostly on the appendages of the hair. It’s for superficial care.
